Well we are moving very fast towards our departure and have put many things into place. House has been decorated, lofts cleared out, hedges trimmed and many, many trips undertaken to the local dump. Our letting agents have found us tenants - I knew the lady's brother from my mountain bike race days. Small world.
Containers for all our unneeded worldly possessions have been arranged - very weird to think about most of your "life" being squeezed into 2 large metal boxes for a year.
Tina is having many dilemmas about what clothes to take - I have no such problems as I don't have a big choice.
Garage has been cleared out, one motorbike sold, bike bench loaned to a friend but it still looks like a daunting task to box all my tools ready for moving. Plan to disassemble the bike trailer and put into a container.
Lots of admin sorted out but still cannot get the bicycles insured ??
Beginning to get very real now , only just over 4 weeks of work to go for Tina.
